H.E.CO. CUBE is a plug & play three-generator to produce electricity, heat and refrigeration from wood biomasse. Its compact concept includes the gasification unit, the syngas cleaning unit, the genset and the heat recovery unit, as well as the BIOCHAR recovery system resulting from the pyrolysis. It is available in sizes of 50 and 30 kWe.
The entire process is Carbon-Negative as the produced carbon is lower than the one captured by the biochar.
This plant can be customized according to your installation needs, through the advice of our technicians will then be possible to automate the process, so as to minimize the operation and maintenance of the plant.

Syngas is a gas comparable to LPG, with a high heating power, and clean because it lacks sulfur and metals by definition; this synthetic gas is used in the generator of H.E.CO CUBE for the production of energy (then transformed into electricity, heat, cooling). During the process, the optimization of consumption, their rationalization and thermal recoveries allow to maximize the efficiency of H.E.CO CUBE.

the BIOCHAR

The charcoal remaining from the transformation of plant biomass is released back into the environment. Excellent as a fertilizer and amerdant, BIOCHAR is used in dozens of applications, from the regulation of nitrogen and sulphur levels in the soil to the treatment of sewage, from the rehabilitation of contaminated areas to the purification of water and in the care and hygiene of animals, from thermo-acoustic insulation to the production of technical clothing, and more. The BIOCHAR traps / seizes very high amounts of carbon (from a minimum of 55% to a maximum of 90%), this makes the cycle of Hecocube carbon-negative because the amount of carbon released into the atmosphere and released is less than the carbon sequestered in the BIOCHAR.
