How HECO Cube is made?
HECO Cube is a Micro combined heat and power of 20/30 KW, based on three modular elements:
The real strength of H.E.CO. Cube lies in the high quality of the used fuel (pellets and woodchips) supplied in the HECO Pack: a 100% compatible product with the machine in which it is used and from which derive the high performance that the modules can achieve.
- The "gas station", necessary for heat production;
- The electricity generator is essential for electrical and thermal energy production;
- Cold room is essential for cooling.
With this module, we produce Synthetic gas or Syngas and thermal energy, in the form of hot water at 85°C, which can be used as fuel in direct flame burners in machines and installations prepared by the customer user, for any use (heating, cold production etc.). In addition to all this, the gasifier makes hot water available for heating or sanitary use.
Micro combined heat and power
It is a system for electricity and heat production: through the gasification process, which occurs due to the combustion in the absence of oxygen of woody biomass, there is the production of bio-syngas. The latter has all intrinsically effects, to feed an internal combustion engine predisposed to the production of electrical energy.
During the production of heat and electricity, this module adds the creation of chilled water for air conditioning. Therefore, this solution simultaneously provides electrical energy, thermal energy for heating and thermal energy for refrigeration or cooling.
HECO CUBE Heating
The solution SP International that produces syngas and thermal energy in the form of 85 ° hot water. The syngas is suitable to be used as heating fuel or to produce cold in direct flame burners.
HECO CUBE Elettricity
This system produces electricity and heat. H.E.CO. Cube CG allows both self-production of electricity and connection to the national network, as well as the production of hot water for households up to 60 units.
HECO CUBE Cooling
With H.E.C.O. cube TG, we add to the production of electricity and thermal energy for heating, the possibility of obtaining thermal energy for conditioning or refrigeration.
